Wellness-Focused, Individualized Psychiatric Care

Motiv Integrative Psychiatry provides integrative psychiatry treatment in Georgia and Maryland. Our practice is built on the belief that mental wellness comes through a combination of modern medicine and holistic approaches such as psychotherapy, diet, exercise, supplements, and meditation.

Our goal is not to simply prescribe medication and hope it fixes all your problems, rather it is to create a long-term, trusted partnership to help you achieve fulfillment despite life’s inevitable challenges.

At Motiv Integrative Psychiatry, we see mental health problems through the biopsychosocial lens, meaning our genetics, experiences, and social support impact how our bodies and minds process feelings and emotions. No one is immune from mental health struggles, and many factors can contribute including childhood experiences, health problems, strained relationships, work struggles, low self-esteem, trauma, and genetics.

If you are looking for someone to:

  • Listen to you

  • Offer treatments that get to the root of the problem

  • Use medication as an option, not the only solution

then Motiv Integrative Psychiatry is the right place for you.

The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.
— Carl Rogers
