  • Comprehensive Integrative Psychiatric Evaluation

    Comprehensive Integrative Psychiatric Evaluation

    2–3 Hours
    In-person or telepsychiatry

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive psychiatric and wellness assessment designed to understand the full picture of your mental and physical health. This extended appointment allows time for a thoughtful, individualized approach to treatment rather than a brief symptom-focused assessment.

    Your evaluation includes:
    • Comprehensive review of your concerns, symptoms, and treatment goals
    • Detailed psychiatric, medical, family, social, and lifestyle history
    • Review of previous mental health treatments, medications, and responses
    • Assessment of lifestyle factors, including sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, and relationships
    • Personalized recommendations for laboratory testing to identify potential medical, physiologic, or nutritional factors that may be contributing to symptoms
    • Psychoeducation regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and evidence-based recommendations
    • Development of a custom, integrative treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle interventions, nutritional strategies, supplements, and psychotherapy
    • Review of records from previous providers when available and appropriate
    • Collaboration and coordination of care with therapists, primary care, and specialists, with your consent
    • Recommendations for referrals, support groups, and additional resources
    • Comprehensive documentation, clinical assessment, and treatment planning completed outside of appointment time

    Pharmacogenomic (GeneSight®) Testing
GeneSight testing is available when clinically appropriate to help guide medication selection and treatment planning.

Unlike some practices, we do not charge a separate professional interpretation fee for GeneSight testing. GeneSight bills patients directly according to insurance benefits or self-pay pricing. Interpretation of results and discussion of how they may impact your treatment plan are included as part of your care.
